Individual Therapy
You’re not alone.
Individual therapy is your safe place to explore what’s going on for you and make positive changes in your life.
I work from a relational perspective, even with individual clients. This means that we will explore how your family system, relationship history, culture, and environment play into your current circumstances. We will dive into your personal strengths and carve out a path forward.
Turning inward can be scary, and trusting a therapist can be intimidating. I promise to have your back, be your biggest cheerleader, and tell it to you straight (when you need it, of course).

How I Work With Individuals
More than anything, I know from first hand experience (and all the books and school) that life can be incredibly difficult. I am honored to provide a safe place for you to land, to process, and to make sense of your emotional experiences. It is plain difficult to be a human. You absolutely don’t need to do it alone.
Every client is unique. We will work collaboratively to determine what your goals for therapy are. Once I get to know you, I will utilize a combination of therapeutic interventions to help you get where you want to go.
I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals, attachment theory, person-centered therapy, internal family systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and somatic theories in my work with individuals.
I view you as a whole person — mind, body, and soul. Our work will integrate the different facets that make you — you. I’m grateful to walk alongside you during your journey.
